By purchasing, commissioning, pre-ordering, downloading, accessing, or using any Nexus Studios™ product or service, you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”).
If you do not agree, do not purchase, pre-order, access, download, or use our products or services.
For the purpose of these ToS:
1.1 “Nexus Studios™”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Nexus Studios™ and its owners, staff, developers, contractors, moderators, and representatives.
1.2 “Product” means any digital item or content distributed, sold, licensed, delivered, or made accessible by Nexus Studios™, including but not limited to models, vehicles, scripts, systems, assets, packs, files, configurations, updates, and patches.
1.3 “Service” means any service provided by Nexus Studios™, including but not limited to support, verification, sponsorship services, and commissions/custom development.
1.4 “Commission / Commissioned Work / Custom Work” means any made-to-order or customised Product or Service requested by a User and created by, through, or under Nexus Studios™.
1.5 “Asset(s)” means any component of a Product, including meshes, textures, scripts, systems, branding, file structure, configurations, and derivative elements.
1.6 “License” means the limited right to access and use a Product under these ToS.
1.7 “Redistribution” means any form of sharing, transferring, uploading, sending, gifting, trading, lending, reselling, or making available (paid or free) any Product, Asset, or file to any Third Party.
1.8 “Public Release” means publishing or making available a Product/Asset publicly, including via Roblox Toolbox, public libraries, repositories, marketplaces, Discord servers, or file-sharing platforms.
1.9 “Third Party” means any person or entity other than the original verified license holder.
1.10 “Ticket” means any support request or customer support conversation opened through Discord or any other support channel operated by Nexus Studios™.
1.11 “Signature Series” / “Premium-Line” means selected high-tier Products explicitly designated by Nexus Studios™ as premium releases, which may include enhanced quality standards, advanced features, limited availability, or special release conditions.
1.12 “Pre-Order” means a purchase made before a Product’s public release date, where payment is made in advance and delivery occurs only after official release.
2.1 These ToS apply to all Nexus Studios™ Products and Services, including Commissioned Work, Signature Series Products, and Pre-Orders.
2.2 You agree that access to our Products/Services is conditional on compliance with these ToS.
2.3 Continued use of our Products/Services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these ToS.
All Nexus Studios™ Products are licensed, not sold, and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus Studios™.
Nothing in these ToS grants you ownership rights in any Product, Asset, or intellectual property.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Nexus Studios™, your License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, transfer, trade, gift, loan, or otherwise provide any Nexus Studios™ Product or Asset to any Third Party.
You may not sell Products/Assets through:

Attempts to bypass licensing (including account sharing, file exporting, re-uploading, renaming, intermediary distribution, or equivalent methods) are prohibited.
All Commissioned Work is a Nexus Studios™ Product/Service and is fully subject to these ToS.
Commissioned Products are licensed under the same restrictions: no resale, redistribution, transfer, or public release.
If commission information/messages do not list every restriction, it does not override these ToS. These ToS apply globally.
Cosmetic modifications may be permitted only if they do not remove or alter proprietary elements, credits, or branding (unless explicitly permitted in writing).
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, extract, strip, decode, or attempt to isolate proprietary scripts, systems, meshes, or protected structures.
Modifying a Product does not grant ownership or resale rights. Modified Products remain non-transferable and non-resellable.
7.1 You may not claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive credit for any Nexus Studios™ Product or Asset.
7.2 You may not remove or alter credits/branding unless explicitly authorised in writing.
7.3 Rebranding, white-labelling, or repackaging a Product as your own is prohibited.
All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.

Harassment, spam, threats, discrimination, or abusive behaviour may result in:

False accusations, fabricated evidence, or deliberate misrepresentation may result in account action and license termination.
We may suspend or terminate your License immediately if you violate these ToS, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, you must stop using and accessing the Product and must not redistribute it in any form.
All Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties that Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or update.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Studios™ shall not be liable for any:
Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product/Service giving rise to the claim.
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
If any provision of these ToS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Continued use of our Products/Services constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
Nexus Studios™ reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
